  I bought my Ulysse Nardin from Liz about a year ago, I hit a milestone in my career and the experience stuck with me. Lately I’ve been thinking about celebrating my next milestone with another watch, so I stopped by the store hoping she’d be there. Luckily she was there and was very patient with me. I saw some potential models with Rolex and was introduced to other brands which I liked. It’s rare to find someone who remembers their clients and makes you feel valued long after the initial purchase. I’ll definitely be back !

  EXCELLENT. I had one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences. Andrew was awesome, as was the store manager, both were warm and welcoming. Very knowledgeable, patient, and real. If you’re looking for timepieces, definitely visit the Bal Harbor Bucherer first.
