  This is such a great team selected at this Sunglass Hut location! I am elated that the franchise was able to open closer to home for me. They have various designer brands at possibly more affordable prices. For instance, at this time there's a sale where you buy a pair and get another 40% off. The standout associate for me during my last visit was Tim. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and takes great pride and care in the store's and glasses' presentation. I bought my first pair of Michael Kors sunglasses here. Around this time I also bought my first non-handed down Michael Kors bag in Aventura to match. I ended up paying $450 which I think the manager had me pay for with 1 item. Gullible, naive, and young me won't forget it! I might have to compare prices every day to the online stores.

  Terrible service. I had an appointment scheduled at 10:30 a.m. to try the Meta glasses. Due to an unexpected situation, I couldn’t make it on time. Later that day, I stopped by to ask if they could still do the demo. They said no, which I completely understood since I had missed my time slot. However, I stayed to look at other products and to understand two promotions they were advertising for AI glasses. The attention I received was practically nonexistent. One of the employees—if I’m not mistaken, his name is Tim—was particularly dismissive, as if helping a customer was an inconvenience. I decided to give them a second chance and rescheduled for the next day at 3:30 p.m. I arrived at the mall early, but one of my meetings ran over, and I ended up arriving at 3:43 p.m.—still within my appointment window (3:30–4:30). The same employee greeted me, not with a welcome, but with a reprimand. He told me I should learn how to manage my appointments and that I should have called ahead. I don’t need to beg to spend money on high-end products, and I certainly don’t need a lecture on how to manage my schedule. That attitude is not only inappropriate, but outright disrespectful. This experience shows a complete lack of customer service culture and basic professionalism. As a result, I took my business elsewhere. I’ve already scheduled an appointment on Lincoln Road and will be making my purchase there. Clearly, this Aventura location has more than enough business to not care about one more customer.

  Good customer service is hard to come by, but this place delivered with complete professionalism. I highly recommend them—especially Jaelynn; she is knowledgeable about every product, and her dedication and service were excellent. Thank you!
