I’ve previously been here and as you can see I have a wonderful experience but this time around it was a 1/10 i honestly just wanted to return and exchange a pair to a different color and Tim over complicated the whole situation…. Long story short the sale was finalized and I wasn’t aware until after it was made… In the process of the whole mess Tim scolded at his coworker infront on me it was a really uncomfortable situation I really don’t think i will be visiting again or buying.. Came in to buy a gift for my dad, I had lots of questions and I took awhile to pick them out but let me tell you Orlando was the best sales associate! He answered all my questions was patience and kind. I had a lovely experience at this sunglasses hut 10/10 I’ll come to this location again
