- JFJenny Fajardo5 days ago5.0I had the opportunity to visit the store, and Yeimy took care of me. Her customer service was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so welcome that I can't wait to come back. Thank you, Yeimy, for such a wonderful experience.
- BSBryan ScottAug 30, 20265.0It was a 1 start because of vwry unprofessional and weak customer service I have received through someone called “Tim” but Joey jumped in and didn’t let me leave frustrated. I was trying to but a meta glasses which is $900 Tim didn’t know how to hook it up and didn’t want o help me by being so rude then left me without any notice and went to the back office.( happened at 17:30 August 30) I got upset and asked Joey to help me. He did what exactly Tim didn’t do and He deserves a raise if I was his boss. That Guy Tim is not happy with his job.
- SDSheila DanzigAug 29, 20261.0UPDATE Store replied. they sent me to a customer service Page To help resolve this. I fill the entire page out with details, but the submit button doesn’t work. Terrible terrible customer service about the worst. I’ve ever experienced for a product of this price. Really poor info. The clerk didn't seem to know much. Didn't download the ap and show me how it works. I can't set it up. She didn't explainanything. I happened to know about the glasses or I would have helped. Having one store in a mall with the glasses is awful. These are elderly getting these glasses. You should not make them go to a mall. And I needed someone set up the glasses. Awful support. Awful.
