- DGDaniela GonzalezJun 6, 20261.0I visited this store seeking assistance with my Ray-Ban Meta glasses, which are less than a year old and already malfunctioning despite their high price. Unfortunately, instead of receiving help, I was sent back and forth between different locations. Sunglass Hut told me to go to a Ray-Ban store, and when I went to the Ray-Ban store, I was told to contact Sunglass Hut again. In the end, the only assistance I received was a phone number and no actual support or resolution. No one seemed willing to take ownership of the issue or help me move the process forward. As a customer, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. For a premium product that cost hundreds of dollars, I expected much better customer service and after-sales support.

- MTMar T.May 19, 20261.0I visited the Ray-Ban store at Aventura Mall on the morning of May 17 2026. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was very disappointing. Both sales associates had an unfriendly attitude during the entire interaction. The male employee looked annoyed the whole time and did not make me feel comfortable asking questions. The female associate who assisted me during my purchase was also rude. While I was paying, I took my card out a little early by mistake, and she visibly rolled her eyes at me. It felt very unprofessional and unnecessary, especially during a simple purchase interaction. I still completed my purchase, but the overall experience felt unwelcoming and unpleasant, which is not what I would expect from a premium retail store. I hope management can address this and improve the customer service experience for future customers.
