  Manager in this store refuses to receive my sister’s in law return. She bought me glasses as a gift and I didn’t use them . I am not good with technology so I told her to give it back. The manager took the glasses to the back and comes back saying they’re scratched. I DIDN’T USED THEM, they were inside of the box and I didn’t scratched them, I made sure they were perfect so my sister in law can get her return as this is an item I won’t use at all. This is disappointed, so disrespectful and I can’t believe someone like that works in a store where he has done the SAME things to multiple clients (as noticed in most of the reviews) I would give 0 stars if I could.

  Entro a la tienda a las 8 pm a comprar unas ray ban meta, hablo con el vendedor y le pregunto a qué horas cierra porque teníamos que ir a cenar y no perder la reserva, me dice 930 pm. Vuelvo a las 8:55 pm y está ya cerrado. Les sobra las ventas :)

  I visited this store seeking assistance with my Ray-Ban Meta glasses, which are less than a year old and already malfunctioning despite their high price. Unfortunately, instead of receiving help, I was sent back and forth between different locations. Sunglass Hut told me to go to a Ray-Ban store, and when I went to the Ray-Ban store, I was told to contact Sunglass Hut again. In the end, the only assistance I received was a phone number and no actual support or resolution. No one seemed willing to take ownership of the issue or help me move the process forward. As a customer, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. For a premium product that cost hundreds of dollars, I expected much better customer service and after-sales support.
