  I visited the Ray-Ban store at Aventura Mall on the morning of May 17 2026. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was very disappointing. Both sales associates had an unfriendly attitude during the entire interaction. The male employee looked annoyed the whole time and did not make me feel comfortable asking questions. The female associate who assisted me during my purchase was also rude. While I was paying, I took my card out a little early by mistake, and she visibly rolled her eyes at me. It felt very unprofessional and unnecessary, especially during a simple purchase interaction. I still completed my purchase, but the overall experience felt unwelcoming and unpleasant, which is not what I would expect from a premium retail store. I hope management can address this and improve the customer service experience for future customers.

  Large variety , they explained and showed me the meta glasses . They are too heavy .
