- JMJosh MorrisJul 27, 20265.0Nuvia at the Oakley Store in Aventura Mall provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I was looking for a specific pair of Oakley frames that weren't available in the store. Instead of simply telling me they didn't have them, Nuvia took the time to search online, answer my questions, and help me find exactly what I wanted. She never made me feel rushed and didn't stop until I was completely happy with my purchase. Ironically, LensCrafters in the same mall lost my business because their salesperson wasn't willing to help me find the frames I wanted. Nuvia did the exact opposite and earned it. If every sales associate provided the level of service, professionalism, and genuine care that Nuvia did, shopping would be a much better experience. Thank you, Nuvia!
- GBGary Hart (BrooklynXpat)Jul 24, 20261.0I purchased 2 pair of prescription glasses here; sunglasses and clear, both with the protection plan. The nosepads on the sunglasses broke. The store manager told me they did not replace them in store and it fell under the protection plan, not the warranty, which cost a $50 copay. I was not happy. Plus 2 trips to the store to drop them off and pick them up. Afterwards, I learned Lenscrafters, my ophthalmologist, and most eye glass stores will change them for free or the cost of the pads, about $5. I like my oakley glasses, and shop at the Lenscrafters near me. But I cannot stand for dishonesty, or product ignorance and will never shop in an Oakley store again.
