- JCJesus ColmenaresOct 6, 20262.0Very disappointed with the new online pickup process at this Nordstrom Rack location. One of the main reasons I order online for store pickup is convenience and to save time. Now, even though the order is already purchased and paid for, you have to wait in the same long checkout line as everyone who is shopping and paying in-store. It really defeats the purpose of ordering online for pickup. Today the line was moving very slowly, and I had to wait just to receive an order that was already paid for. There should be a separate pickup area or a faster process for online orders. The previous system was much more convenient. I really hope Nordstrom Rack reconsiders this change.
- GBgeo banksSep 19, 20261.0Went to pick up an online placed order where it says fast and easy online order pickup.Store associate stated i need to wait in the regular line.It was 30 minutes long with only 5 customers in front of me.I observed the cashiers taking their sweet time talking amongst one another about absolutely nothing that was work related. Was wondering what’s the point of ordering online if you still have to wait in these long lines.

- EREric RAug 28, 20262.0I don’t know what happened but Nordstrom rack literally became just like Marshalls. It is not the same like when they originally started this store. The quality of the clothes went down the way things are organized feels cheap, there are the exact same clothes that you literally see in Marshalls or TJ Maxx. Very disappointed. Nordstrom rack initially was a concept where old season items from Nordstrom‘s would be sold here at a discount. Even the shoes were horrible and that’s what I can always find hidden gems at this store. Now it’s just crappy quality with some brands there but they are not the same. And you can tell by a mile. Just all around they need to go back to their original concept. Renovate the fitting rooms, give us a better experience for us not to go online,
