I came in to try out a look for an upcoming event and from the very moment I met Jose, I knew it was going to be great. While I was sitting in the chair, a few of Jose’s colleagues came over and I loved seeing how they interacted. One even whispered to me “Jose is the best”. Jose is personable, knowledgeable and so sweet. He explained every product thoroughly and made sure I was happy with the look every part of the process. I had two inspo pictures for the look and Jose OVERDELIVERED. I felt so confident and beautiful. I enjoyed every part of the experience — including our conversations. I bought two of the products Jose used for my look. And Jose has me looking into other services at Nordstrom. Nordstrom, Jose is a keeper!!! Book Jose you won’t be disappointed.

Nordstrom accepted the return and confirmed a refund of $353.10, but more than one month later the money still has not reached my bank account. I contacted Nordstrom Customer Care many times, and my bank also confirmed that the funds were not received. Nordstrom keeps saying the refund was processed, but no one has actually resolved the issue or returned my money. Very disappointing experience.
