  LEBIS is the best seller/customer service I’ve had in my 27 years of living. Great attitude, excellent energy. I mean just know, I kept changing my bags. It went from a tiny one to a huge one. Michael kors please keep her forever! I’ll come back in 2 months for my next round of purchase. Thanks to her!

  Belkis did a great job. Not over bearing but attentive. Made sure items secured, small water, and topped it off with a spritz of cologne.

  Leibis was absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful in finding my wife’s dream dress. She supported us every step of the way until the very end and made the entire experience special and memorable. We truly appreciate all her help and highly recommend her.

  I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the Michael Kors leather sandals I purchased. I paid a premium price, but after wearing them only once, a part inside has already come apart. While I understand some items have warranty limits, these sandals should be of better craftsmanship to withstand even a single use. I expected far better quality given the price. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would expect more from a brand of this caliber.
