Great experience with Percy today. He was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and really took the time to show us different pieces. He also helped my wife choose a beautiful Bulgari ring she loved. Excellent service and a genuinely great experience. Thank you, Percy!

I had an incredible experience with Belkis at the Rolex Boutique inside Mayors at Aventura Mall. From the moment we connected, she was warm, personable and genuinely interested in helping me , not simply completing a sale. She clearly explained the Rolex purchasing process, patiently answered every question I had and shared her knowledge in a way that made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. Belkis is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional, but what impressed me most was her patience and personal approach. She made the entire experience of purchasing my first Rolex feel exciting, relaxed and truly memorable. This was a special milestone for me, and I’m grateful that Belkis was the person who guided me through it. I highly recommend asking for her!

I went into the Rolex store just to inquire and get some information, and Richard helped me. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had in a Rolex store. He went above and beyond, patiently answering any and all questions I had. Because of this experience, I will happily drive over 3 hours to this store for any other jewelry needs I have. It's great to know there are still people who genuinely care about customer service. Thank you, Richard! - Sam from The Villages, FL

Excelente experiencia comprándole mi Rolex a Pedro. ¡Gracias, Pedro!

I walked into the store with the genuine intention of purchasing a brand-new Rolex. Unfortunately, the gentleman who assisted me was unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. His attitude made me feel as though my business was neither valued nor taken seriously. When a customer walks into a luxury watch retailer prepared to spend a significant amount of money, professionalism, courtesy, and respect should be the absolute minimum. Instead, the way I was treated completely changed my decision to make a purchase. Mayors has an excellent reputation and represents prestigious brands such as Rolex, which is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. A luxury experience is not only about the product—it is also about how customers are treated. Today, Mayors lost a potential Rolex sale because of the way I was treated by one employee. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that every customer receives the level of professionalism and respect expected from a luxury retailer.
