  I was really disappointed with my experience purchasing my Rolex. I expected the occasion to feel special and welcoming, but unfortunately the entire experience was very underwhelming. The salesperson came across as disengaged and unenthusiastic, which took away from what should have been an exciting purchase. I was only offered water or coffee, while I could clearly see other guests on the sales floor being served champagne, including guests who weren’t making a purchase. I eventually had to ask about champagne myself, which felt awkward and made the difference in service even more noticeable. There were no personalized touches or anything that made the experience feel special, and even the chocolate I was given was melted. These may seem like small details, but service and attention to detail are a major part of a luxury shopping experience. I was genuinely excited to purchase my watch and unfortunately left feeling disappointed. This was not the experience I expected from Rolex.

  I had such a great experience with Mayors aventura mall . Richard went above and beyond to help me find the Rolex watch I had been waiting for. I truly appreciate the effort and care that went into making this purchase happen. I couldn’t be happier with my watch and the overall experience. Highly recommend!!

  I had such a wonderful experience with Andreas at Mayors. He was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, funny and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He made the entire experience feel effortless and special, and his attention to detail and level of service really stood out. I also want to recognize Galo for fostering such a welcoming and customer-focused environment. It’s clear that creating a great experience is important to their team. Andreas truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Exceptional service from start to finish. I look forward to returning!

  Excellent customer service from Pedro our favorite associate at mayors Aventura. Always attentive, always educational. He truly listens to what we look for and does his best to accommodate our requests. Always a pleasure to deal with. I came to purchase a gift for my special one and was very very pleased to find the watch that I know he will love.

Building a relationship with an authorized dealer can feel intimidating, but Brian made the entire process effortless. From our first conversation, he understood exactly what I was looking for, came at it with genuine courtesy and respect, and made sure my request mattered. What stood out most was his communication skill making sure every step of the process clear and straightforward, and consistently keeping me updated the moment he had new information. That level of transparency and follow-through is incredibly rare today, and it made the entire experience stress-free. Be patient, follow up, and give the team at Mayors a chance - they will deliver, this is your proof! I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I already look forward to coming back for my next piece. Without question, this is the only Rolex AD I'll be going to.
