  Angie made sure we had such a great experience purchasing two Bark Jacobs totes and a pair of sneakers. We were very indecisive at first and had a lot of questions but Angie made sure all of our questions were answered and even helped us get our purchases earlier than anticipated. Will definitely go back and request her assistance.

  So I came back to return an item I purchased a week earlier. I changed my mind because I just couldn’t fit my laptop in this bag, and every time I tried to put it in and take it out it was quite a hassle. Anyway, I brought back the bag with all the tags unused, and then a salesperson tells me he can’t accept the return because I don’t have a dust bag. Like literally, this is insane. It feels like they’re just looking for a perfect excuse not to accept a return. Who even cares about a stupid dust bag? It’s like saying, “I can’t take you because you showed up one minute late to an appointment.” Now I understand why people sell those dust bags on eBay. I’m not even sure I ever even had this dust bag, because I kept everything in the same bag they gave me when I purchased the item. This is absolutely ridiculous, insane, and not acceptable for a brand that is trying to position itself as upper class and luxury. This is a shenanigan.

  So im a student, I asked the guy at the door who works there what do I need to get the student discount. He said the code on my student beans app. Ok I went in and picked out the bag I wanted went to the register and showed her my student beans app with my code and the girl who works there tells me I need my student ID for proof. Keep in mind IF I was not a student , I would NOT be able to recieve or have a code on my APP. Anyway I said ok. I had to walk ALL the way back to my car in the parking lot while carrying my 20 lb baby in my arm just to get my student ID. Then when I came back with the student ID and went back to pay for my purse. The employee said I did not need the student ID card, just the code on my student beans app. So that was it, I got my purse just with the CODE. So you made me walk all the way back to my car carrying my kid struggling for nothing? You saw me with the baby. I'll never forget that. Have your rules and guidelines set in order with EVERY employee.
