  AVOID SHOPPING HERE. Lululemon no longer merits your business. The product quality has deteriorated significantly, and the customer service at this location is completely lacking. Like many others, I’ve noticed a sharp decline in Lululemon’s quality, but the real issue here is the rude and disrespectful staff. This store seems to be failing from the top down. The mid-level store manager and a front-floor associate were both incredibly condescending, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. I was spoken to in a way that made me feel entirely unwelcome and targeted. As a loyal customer, leaving a store feeling this uncomfortable and disrespected was genuinely shocking. No one should feel judged or treated unfairly when shopping. I sincerely hope corporate management addresses the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and kindness at this specific location. Overall, it was a completely disappointing experience. There are better stores with a focus on genuine customer service, hassle-free returns, and higher quality products. Lululemon is clearly going downhill, along with the rigid 'Landmark' corporate culture they push on their staff.

  What is happening with Lululemon!!!!!The light skinned black girl with glasses, shift leader was stuck up , yelled at me wouldn’t exchange my love crew w a receipt that clearly was damaged. She spoke like she’s the ceo of the place. I’ve been coming here since 2011. This company is going down hill bad bad quality. And the so called educators don’t care. I’m including a picture. Oh last note the girl refused to give me her name but yet they want everything down to my underwear size. Seriously! Btw their stock just plunged 9%. Their ceo stepped down Jan 2026. There’s so many other brands bye bye Lululemon! I think Temu and SHEIN will have better quality than a $48 love crew at Lululemon.lol the cashier girl even said Lululemon quality is down. The so called shift leader needs to be fired for being abusive! So it gets worse ! Today Jolie calls me back from Aventura to say sorry but still won’t exchange my shirt. horrible quality shirt. The guest education team doesn’t call me back. Never ever I’ll shop at Lululemon not that they even care. What a horrible company they’ve become I’ve posted a few pics of the light pink shirt that I so much loved. Good bye Lululemon. No one should buy at this company the 800.number is even worse I think they’re going under this Lululemon in Canada. Look stocks down 40% I don’t need their sorry I needed actions they don’t uphold company quality or policies

  I had an outstanding experience at this Lululemon location thanks to Jules. She went above and beyond to help me, took the time to understand the situation, and handled everything with professionalism and care. The entire interaction felt thoughtful, easy, and genuinely customer-focused.
