  1 STAR I have been a very loyal Lululemon customer for years. I spend a significant amount of money with this brand and have purchased countless shirts and other items. I rarely buy athletic clothing from Nike Adidas H&M or other brands because I genuinely believed in Lululemons quality Recently I purchased a brand new item washed it once and the stitching started coming apart I went back to the store expecting a reasonable solution. I was not asking for my money back. I was not asking for anything extra. I simply asked them to replace the defective item with the same item Instead they refused They took my defective product and basically told me I would have to buy another one and the only thing they could offer was a 25 percent discount Seriously After years of loyalty and spending a substantial amount of money with Lululemon this is how you treat a customer when a brand new product falls apart after one wash A 25 percent discount is not a solution to a defective product. It is an offer to make me spend even more money to replace something that should not have failed in the first place The product itself was disappointing but the customer service was even worse Loyal customers deserve better than this This experience has completely changed my perception of Lululemon. I used to recommend the brand and trust its quality. Now I have to seriously question whether the price is justified when the company refuses to stand behind a product that failed almost immediately Very disappointing. I expected much better from Lululemon

  I stopped by this location with my daughter today and they did great !!!! Friendly and very helpful sales employees . It wasn’t that busy when we were there . Also , there is NO TAX - before school sales !!! Hurry !!!! Thank you

  Gift card purchasing limits are inconsistent across physical and online brand. Was told I can only purchase in $50 increments. Nike is better.

  AVOID SHOPPING HERE. Lululemon no longer merits your business. The product quality has deteriorated significantly, and the customer service at this location is completely lacking. Like many others, I’ve noticed a sharp decline in Lululemon’s quality, but the real issue here is the rude and disrespectful staff. This store seems to be failing from the top down. The mid-level store manager and a front-floor associate were both incredibly condescending, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. I was spoken to in a way that made me feel entirely unwelcome and targeted. As a loyal customer, leaving a store feeling this uncomfortable and disrespected was genuinely shocking. No one should feel judged or treated unfairly when shopping. I sincerely hope corporate management addresses the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and kindness at this specific location. Overall, it was a completely disappointing experience. There are better stores with a focus on genuine customer service, hassle-free returns, and higher quality products. Lululemon is clearly going downhill, along with the rigid 'Landmark' corporate culture they push on their staff.
