- WRWinston Rodriguez2 days ago1.0Poor Customer Service and Strict Policies. My wife bought a $150 pair of shoes here that turned out to be so uncomfortable she could barely walk. Yesterday, we tried to return them but were hit with an incredibly inconvenient return policy. When I tried to discuss it with the sales representative at the Aventura store, the interaction was unpleasant and argumentative, with zero effort on her part to de-escalate the issue. Beautiful shoes, but poor policy and bad customer service.
