  Horrible experiencia fui a cambiar una camisa de regalo con el recibo y etiquetas un empleado jorge me recibe diciendo esta camisa parece masticada por una vaca que falta de ética de manejo de cliente para una marca élite , no me quiso realizar el cambio ni dar un store credit , no volveré nunca , no lo recomiendo

  The management was terrible. They couldn’t find our suit for 20 minutes, even though our wedding is tomorrow. They gave it to us wrinkled and not steamed or pressed. They completely ruined our mood and the memories of preparing for our wedding.

  When you see store managers or headquarters upper management not reading reviews and acknowledging them, you already have an idea of the level of interest the company has about their customers comments. Dear Team, We love your brand since 1998 ! 4 to 6 suits a year ! We understand retail, we understand that mistakes are human and things happen. But if teams were not on their phones, obsessed by upselling you, and did not think that the cash register is a tiki bar to chit chat about the last Netflix show, may be you would increase customer satisfaction and overall increase tthe ROI. Yes marketing is big, yes the stores looks immaculate, but what the client remembers is the service, the relationship, the dynamics of basic We bought a suit Beckam line, 3 kitton pants. 2 pants were given the wrong length, we come back to exchange, one still the wrong length !!! The suit came back from alterations with all the thiefs magnet, never taken away ! 30 miles from our Home ! Now my husband is on a professional trip with a suit he cannot use, one pant too long wih removed tags. Can you ask the big shots of your company walking in your stores to go back to basics for customer satisfaction! Unfortunately Boss is the brand that we go back to because of the European cut.
