  This was my first time shopping at Alo in Aventura on July 2nd, 2026, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt like an inconvenience. The only reason I’m not giving one star is because of Anta and Patty. They were the only employees who acknowledged me, treated me with kindness and respect, and genuinely took the time to help. They completely changed what could have been an unpleasant experience. As a first-time customer and someone who works in customer service as well, I wasn’t given the impression I expected from Alo. I hope management takes customer service more seriously, because no one should leave a store feeling uncomfortable while shopping. Anta and Patty are a true asset to the team, and I hope they’re recognized for the excellent service they provided.

  I had a very upsetting experience at this store in Aventura Mall. During my visit, I was wrongly accused I stolen a item “by a cashier, because I asked him if we can change a pair of pants I received as a gift and I didn’t have the receipt. Was small and I wear M. He told me he can’t because maybe I tooked from the store and I put im a Alo retail bag. This was extremely embarrassing and disrespectful, especially in a public setting. No customer should ever be treated this way. I hope management takes this seriously, investigates what happened, and ensures this kind of behavior never happens again.

  I would like to recognize Gianna for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, she was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. She went above and beyond to help me complete an online purchase, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. Her positive attitude and warm smile truly made a difference. Employees like Gianna embody what exceptional customer service should be and represent the Alo brand beautifully. I wish there were more employees like her.
