  Ken is very rude and probably racist he was very aggressive & snarky to me and a friend after spending $300 we had a very nasty interaction. This location needs to take notes from the Boca one and pick better people to represent the brand.

  I tried calling the Aventura location for over an hour on 2 different days just to see if they had an item in store instead of me battling that Miami traffic but no one ever answers the phone there for some reason.

  This store is doing good with customer service and bigger selection than other stores they have . I am happy with this location . However , overall - ALO did amazing marketing and everyone is rushing to buy something from them . I am guilty of that hype as well . Now when I got couple of pieces and have used it for a bit - I can tell you : close looks great , but quality - not so good ….. do not expect to wear it for a long time …. After couple washes - it will look like crap , unless you take it to a dry cleaner - that helps More expensive- doesn’t always means better quality….. thank you for your time

  Sebastian the manager is very knowledgeable about everything Alo. He is very helpful and amazing if you go into this store you need to ask for Sebastian it would be his pleasure to help you out. Patti work in the dressing room and she is so amazing.

  Came in the other day and was not greeted nor asked if i needed any help by any associate. Very weird experience considering they also had a lady at the front of the store who didn’t welcome or tell me goodbye. Had i needed help finding something i would’ve have no luck, definitely left a bad taste for me ended up purchasing nothing
