  Very unprofessional Menager Same as a some stuff I received a gift from friend And because color was not mine I went to change, but the price was for my gift was on sales. Menager told me that I need to paid the difference. I was very surprised and disappointed. And his was very rude to me . I paid and left Never ever in this shop.

  I placed a pickup order yesterday and went to the store today because I thought pickup would be faster and more convenient than shipping. However, when I arrived, my order was still not ready. The staff told me it would take about 30 minutes to an hour, so I waited. After almost an hour, I still had not received any update. I asked if they could cancel the order, but they said they could not cancel it and that I probably would not be able to cancel it myself either. They told me they would prepare it quickly, so I waited another 30 minutes, but there was still no progress. In the end, I contacted customer service myself, and they canceled the order in less than 5 minutes. If the store had not told me they could get it ready within an hour, I would not have waited and wasted my time. Honestly, it would have been better if they had simply told me it could not be prepared today. The whole reason for choosing pickup is convenience and getting the order faster, but this experience failed at both. I am very disappointed with Alo’s pickup process and the service at this store.

  I bought clothing with my partner on 5/3/2026 around 9:30 pm. We were greeted upon entering the store. My partner was trying on clothes that we ended up buying. As I was waiting for her to get dressed, staff members were cursing and being extremely unprofessional about the hours they were working. My partner and I just wanted to purchase clothes but felt unwelcome. As we finished trying on outfits, we walked and just browsed for a minute and was told in a rude way that the store was closed and we had to leave. As we checked out. The cashier just puts the items in the bag without folding them and doesn’t even give us a receipt or let us put our phone number in for points. She rolled her eyes and said nothing. Very disappointed. If you want to sell high end retail, you should have more qualified staff.

  No puedo dejar de escribir mi experiencia hoy en Alo Yoga de Aventura Mall porque me atendió una Sra. de nombre Ale y aunque la tienda estaba llenísima , ella ocupadisima atendiendo a otro Cliente conmigo fue amable y me dio una atención excelente. Ella mostró mucha paciencia al chequear las tallas que necesitaba e hizo varias recomendaciones lo que me ayudó mucho y aunque también la fila era muy larga gracias a esa Señora y a la cajera que me tocó, salí feliz de Alo 🧘‍♀️(30% Off).

  Extremely disappointed with Alo. I purchased a matching set for around $300 expecting premium quality for my vacation, and instead received a product that shed excessive black lint everywhere after just one wash. My washing machine filter was packed with fabric debris, and the set created a mess all over my bathroom. I’ve owned far less expensive hoodies that performed better than this. For a brand charging luxury prices, this level of quality is unacceptable. What makes it worse is that I bought this specifically for my trip, and now at the last minute I’m left without the outfit I planned to bring. This purchase caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and negatively impacted the start of my vacation. Great marketing, disappointing quality. I would not purchase again.
