  I recently visited the Windsor location in Altamonte Springs to return an item that was unworn and still had the tags attached. I had purchased several items and simply decided not to keep this particular one. Unfortunately, my experience with Jessica was extremely disappointing. She told me that she could not accept my return and that I was required to take the item back to the original Windsor location where it was purchased. I contacted Windsor Customer Service and was informed that this information was incorrect and that eligible returns can be made at any Windsor store. What concerned me even more was the way I was treated during the interaction. Jessica was not wearing a name tag, and while I was standing there trying to complete my return, she made remarks about me in Spanish to other customers and laughed with them. Regardless of the circumstances surrounding a return, I believe a customer should always be treated with professionalism and respect. The entire interaction made what should have been a simple return unnecessarily uncomfortable and left a very unpleasant impression, especially since I was shopping with my family. Thankfully, Kimberly stepped in and completely changed the experience. She was extremely polite, helpful, professional, and ultimately assisted me with completing my return. I truly appreciate the way she handled the situation. Having spent 15 years working in retail myself, I understand how challenging customer service can be and also understand the importance of treating customers with courtesy and professionalism. Kimberly demonstrated exactly the type of customer service I would expect from someone representing Windsor, and she deserves recognition for it. I hope management addresses what occurred with Jessica, including the incorrect return information and the unprofessional comments and behavior. At the same time, I hope Kimberly is recognized for stepping in, treating me respectfully, and turning an unpleasant situation into a much better experience.

  Went in the store looking for a dress for my girlfriend and Krista was so helpful the entire time and patient and helped me find the perfect dress for her(she loved it!)

  Gorgeous pieces, and wonderful staff. My associate Eva, in particular, was super willing to assist in fitting and sizing, and was an absolute delight to talk to! Will be coming back! ♡

  Jessica is simply amazing! My daughter was in a bind, trying to select dress, Jessica took great care of us and gave us options for helping out my daughter. We had a five star experience With a five star employee. I hope upper management for Windsor takes great care of her. Do not hesitate to seek out Jessica If you want an amazing experience.

  I came in to make a return, had the worst experience at a Windsor…just me and an older blonde who i would assume is the manager. Based on the other comments, she’s driving customers away with her attitude. I greet her and say hi, very friendly. She just stares. I say I’m here to make a return, she opens the bag and she rudely says we don’t take hats they’re final sale we don’t do returns for this. It’s a hat. All said without a smile or even an inkling of being a nice person. I’m assuming she’s the manager I didn’t feel like asking and being hit with the “ i am the manager”. I proceed to explain myself saying it was never used the tag is on it , it couldn’t have been used and tucked as the tag hangs in the front anyways my issue isn’t that they couldn’t take my return my issue is the rude customer service for no reason. I am not a rude person I wouldn’t have gotten rowdy because they can’t take my return. Just be kinder people. Florida mall is usually where I go and never have a bad experience the manager there knows me bc I go there so much and is such a nice person. I won’t be coming back to this location.
