  Best store ever!! The clothes are always on trend, great quality and so beautiful!! The staff is very helpful and kind, and Eva the manager is exceptional !! Really appreciate them!! My go to store!!

  I had such a great experience at Windsor in Altomonte Springs. The staff including Eva and Krista were incredibly attentive, patient, and welcoming throughout my entire visit. They were happy to help and made my shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable. I’ve shopped at Windsor for years, but usually online rather than in store because the Florida Mall location was the only store I believed was in close distance for me to visit in person but with the kind of traffic that hits that mall, that Windsor is typically cluttered and chaotic. It wasn’t until I needed to go last-minute shopping for some birthday festivity outfits that a friend of mine informed me of the Windsor at the Altamonte Mall. I had one hour to find exactly what I needed. I was able to grab many options to choose from. As I was in the fitting room, Eva the general manager, noticed the style of dresses I had an eye for and began bringing me more options as well as giving me her honest opinion and support being that these dresses were for important events. I ended up leaving with two dresses that I wore for a photoshoot and at my birthday dinner. The store itself was very clean, organized, and well-maintained. I really loved the overall atmosphere. It felt positive, upbeat and inviting. It’s clear that the team puts effort into creating a great experience for their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I recently visited the Windsor location in Altamonte Springs to return an item that was unworn and still had the tags attached. I had purchased several items and simply decided not to keep this particular one. Unfortunately, my experience with Jessica was extremely disappointing. She told me that she could not accept my return and that I was required to take the item back to the original Windsor location where it was purchased. I contacted Windsor Customer Service and was informed that this information was incorrect and that eligible returns can be made at any Windsor store. What concerned me even more was the way I was treated during the interaction. Jessica was not wearing a name tag, and while I was standing there trying to complete my return, she made remarks about me in Spanish to other customers and laughed with them. Regardless of the circumstances surrounding a return, I believe a customer should always be treated with professionalism and respect. The entire interaction made what should have been a simple return unnecessarily uncomfortable and left a very unpleasant impression, especially since I was shopping with my family. Thankfully, Kimberly stepped in and completely changed the experience. She was extremely polite, helpful, professional, and ultimately assisted me with completing my return. I truly appreciate the way she handled the situation. Having spent 15 years working in retail myself, I understand how challenging customer service can be and also understand the importance of treating customers with courtesy and professionalism. Kimberly demonstrated exactly the type of customer service I would expect from someone representing Windsor, and she deserves recognition for it. I hope management addresses what occurred with Jessica, including the incorrect return information and the unprofessional comments and behavior. At the same time, I hope Kimberly is recognized for stepping in, treating me respectfully, and turning an unpleasant situation into a much better experience.

  Went in the store looking for a dress for my girlfriend and Krista was so helpful the entire time and patient and helped me find the perfect dress for her(she loved it!)
