  I absolutely LOVE the amazing customer service Yesica provides! She is truly phenomenal at what she does so helpful, attentive, and genuinely cares about her customers. She takes the time to customize everything to your needs and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Her patience really stands out, and she never makes you feel rushed. On top of that, her professionalism and positive attitude make the whole experience even better. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only skilled but also so dedicated to making sure her clients are happy and satisfied! <3

  4/12 at 5:30 pm. The workers name is Levine. I came into the store looking for a specific dress. As anyone would do, I went and kindly asked a worker, Levine. I couldn’t even finish my sentence and she immediately pointed towards the back of the store and said “in the back” twice. I was take aback by her response. There was no reason for her to respond that way. I choose to ignore her and just walked towards the back and look for the dress. 15 minutes later, I go up to her again and asked if she knew who the manger was because I was having some trouble finding the dress and she obviously didn’t want to assist me. She again, didn’t even let me finish my sentence and said “I’m the manger whats the problem” with the nastiest tone and a sour expression. Throughout our conversation she had an attitude that was totally uncalled for.

  I’m plus sized and was shopping here with/for my friend, who’s normally a XS. While she was in the changing room she asked if I can ask a worker for a different size and the workers laughed at me and made a comment. My friend refunded what was purchased and will not be coming here again.

  Went in trying to get my gf clothes and had no clue what to get her, thankfully the manager krista helped me pick out everything. Went home and my gf loved them all!! So I really appreciate the help, she was so nice.

  Today my cousin and I came in to the store and we had such a good time shopping and finding everything’ we needed. Kimberly was so patient and helped us. Thank you so much to the other associate as well amazing staff.
