  Everytime I come here the staff is always rude, rolling eyes and making snarky comments if you're looking for a good platos closet go to the one in ocoee

  My 15 year old went to them an sold 2 pair of shoes of brand new Jordan’s they only gave her 42$ what a rip off they are scammers

  She was a total snob and was rude because I was an average size woman who brought in jeans and nice sandals for sale plus size

  When I got in the store the cashier was already rolling her eyes at the lady before me they were very rude had attitudes it's not a place I would go back to or tell my friends I will make sure that no one ever goes there that I know when they text me back I came and got no money for all the things that I have dropped off I had a pair of boots some sneakers some purses that look better than the items in the store and they claim they refused them all don't even go in this place to shop it's not worth it if I could give a zero rating I would the photo I attached I wore those maybe twice and I had another pair that I never wore and they didn't take those saying they won't sell horrible store

  I visited this location when I walked in I wasn’t greeted and I noticed the person that walked in right after I did was greeted no one asked me if I needed any help looking for anything. I did find some nice items in the plus size selection, which is very rare for Plato’s closet so I was happy about that.
