  The stuff is good however the staff is always short with you and gossips about another coworkers while you’re shopping and can hear them. Whenever I ask for help it’s almost like I’m bothering them

  The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the lady who assisted me, Miranda. She explained the percentage I was gonna get for the items I wanted to sell. The only reason I am giving this a 4-star and not 5 is due to the fact that the way they priced my branded purses were waaaay to low….

  Terrible customer service. I’ve been selling items with Plato’s Closet for about 3 years, so I’m very familiar with the process. I had 24 hours, as clearly stated on my receipt, to pick up my items. Only 4 hours after dropping everything off, I called to explain that I wouldn’t be able to come until the next day. I was told that if I didn’t come the same day as the drop-off, all of my items would be donated. That directly contradicts the 24-hour policy stated on the receipt. Whoever answered the phone had absolutely no customer service skills or understanding. I’ve been a customer for years, and this experience was extremely disappointing. If your own receipt says customers have 24 hours, your staff should honor that policy and communicate it correctly…

  My mom happened to stumble upon your store 2500 miles away, so shopping without us can be challenging, but we had the absolute pleasure of working with two employees who I can only describe as a dynamic duo Ash & Madysin ! They went above and beyond by FaceTiming with us, modeling clothes, helping us put together an amazing haul, and making the entire experience so much fun. Their fashion sense was incredible they were completely up-to-date with the latest trends and were absolutely spot-on with their recommendations and merchandise. They really took the time to understand our style in less than minutes and made us feel like we were shopping together in person along with our mom. It’s rare to find employees who are this helpful, creative, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers. These two deserve recognition because they truly made our experience exceptional. Plato’s Closet is lucky to have them! Our mom said she will definitely be back without us because she has the 2 of you !
