  Opening at 12 on sunday is very annoying BUT I think it was a manager hayley she was fantastic and super helpful! I needed to exchange sizes and she made the process so simple!

  Over my many years of visiting Lululemon stores across the country, I have rarely encountered a team as outstanding as the one at this location. While the store itself is great, it’s truly the staff that sets it apart. Their consistent hospitality makes every visit feel welcoming and personalized. Hands down the best Lululemon team in the country! I strongly advocate for keeping this store and its fantastic team in this location or in the Lake Mary area.

  One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. All the girls I spoke with made my entire day, it is an interaction I think I will remember for the rest of my life. Maddie, Kat, Sasha and Haley all went above and beyond for me. The genuine kindness displayed by these girls touched my heart. Cannot wait to come back✨💙🫶🏻

  I received a gift and wanted to change the size but did not have the receipt. Both employees that I can see greeted us. Hailey ask what I had brought them since I walked in with a Lululemon bag. Hailey is incredibly comfortable with the offerings of the store and knew off hand which sizes colors and styles I could exchange. Hailey was GREAT at finding the right fit and then even asked if I liked where the product fell. I hadn't loved it, but thought I needed to do an exact color exchange. Her question was perceptive and so helpful! It meant I left with what I consider an upgrade. Allie at the register helped me do the exchange without a receipt. She also helped untangle a necklace my daughter had just purchased! Allie and Hailey are a wonderful team and made my afternoon. They were considerate of my daughters and proactively offered information to help me make decisions. Honestly, customer service can be so hit or miss lately that their service alone makes me want to return. Thank you, ladies!

  Hands down the best lululemon store there is. The friendliest staff, most accommodating and helpful I have ever experienced. I will always return here just for the kind staff. Love this place so much!
