  Decided to do a mother daughter portrait session with the JCPenney portrait studio for Mother's Day this year. Yes way back in May. The entire thing took under 10 minutes we couldn't see the photos we waited in the lobby for 45 minutes for us to show us them online and kept being interrupted so we didn't get to see them all. I ended up paying for the digital package that was I think a little over $200 and we decided to just go home and look at them none of the pictures turned out eyes were closed pictures did not look good at all we actually showed the photographer If that's what you wanna call him the exact poses we wanted to do from other pictures and none of them matched. I called up there for months and cannot get a call back I couldn't get a store manager I couldn't get a portrait studio manager went up there twice manager was never there because I wanted to redo the photo shoot. Finally after two months I called up there and the manager actually answered but surprisingly needed to call me back because she was busy I expressed to her that I was at work and couldn't be reached until after a certain time because I was on my lunch break in which she called me back three hours later before the time I could talk and left a message to call her back. Here we are almost September and still nothing I never got my money back which is what I requested to her on the phone at that point never got another session which was something I was willing to do at the two month Mark and still no pictures. This place is a joke the store itself is a joke because I couldn't even get that manager and nobody would even get me through to that whoever that person is don't waste your money or time.

  Shout out to Alycia! She was so kind, helpful, and polite towards me, and really made the whole shopping experience at JcPenney a pleasure and delight!

  Went shopping today with my hard to please wife for a new dress for a wedding she is going to attend. Found the perfect dress. Customer service very friendly and professional

  Not a fan of the 2026 version of the store. Feels like a K-mart from 20 years ago. Where o where have the employees gone? Prices have gotten ridiculous. Finally found the paddock area to pay. K-mart did it better. So finally get to the register. (five o clock on a Friday) and two registers are open. ha ha ha. The experience was not fun. 10 task to check out. First the "HI" then 5 questions about opening an account or a CC then my total and a good bye thank you. no smile, no eye contact just looking over my shoulder at how many more people were in line. augh.....
