- OHOlivia HopeJul 28, 20265.0I wanted to commend Logan and Pam for their exceptional customer service. My fiancé and I were looking for fitted shirts and I had no idea where to start. Logan looked through several shirts with me and provided recommendations. Pam made sure everything fit nicely. They made us feel like celebrities with personal stylists! Their little touches, genuine sincerity and amazing attitude will make sure we return the next time we need to pick out an outfit. The store was very clean despite a big sale. The atmosphere was warm and inviting! Please give them kudos! 5 Stars all the way.
- RMRenee MartinezMay 19, 20261.0Express is one of my go to stores. I got a skirt as a gift. It was to small just wanted to exchanged for a different size.So the same skirt up sized. So pretty much they said no if I don’t have a receipt I couldn’t do anything. I tried the phone number that didn’t work..she continued to ask for email of the buyer which I don’t have and is weird. So anyone without being a member can buy but when it’s time to exchange or return they pretty much say no? That’s ridiculous. FYI that’s not a place you would want to shop at for yourself or as a gift. You’ll probably end up losing out. I’m now keeping a $75 skirt that doesn’t fit.

The sizes we needed weren’t in store but Desiree found them online and helped us order them and expedited shipping. She is the reason we still shop in person and not just online. Customer service over technology only any day.

Sahilly helped me with some items and also set aside a pair of black Auditors wide-leg pants for me to pick up in two days since the rest of my order hadn’t arrived yet. Azarie located the pants that Sahilly had set aside. Eda completed my exchange because the online order was a different material from the boyfriend blazer I purchased to match it. Overall, my experience was excellent! The staff was phenomenal! Thank you!
