  It’s 9/18 at 11:24am. I walked into American Eagle to buy outfits for my cruise and redeem my birthday gift. I was the only customer in the store at the time and there was a female and male working by the registers. They didn’t speak to me at all. I needed help and they didn’t even flinch to help. I’ll find something else in the mall instead smh

  So bad custumer service , I work at the mall Kiosk and bought a shirt today at 3.50 pm and I did not have time to try it at store because I was working kisok alone . I just tried it at my kisok ,I felt it felt too big . After two hours about 5.40 pm I went to store for return it with receipt and tag at the bag but she refunded it . she said she can not accepted Becaue tag was not attached to T-shirt . Even I did stretched the tag to it . She and her menager called Securty for it .

  Horrible service, walk inside and three employees at the register and no hello or greeting....not a good selection of jeans back to hollisters.
