  Pretty nice mall with a nice food court but horrible experience with the Apple Store as I left with an I Phone Pro Max 18 not working because they messed the installation up so bad trapping me there for 3 1/2 hours so I left and went to TMobile who resolved it and said what they were doing wrong. Too bad poorly trained workers.

  I looked to leave a review for the Toy Factory directly, but they don’t have their own (for obvious reasons). This store sells knockoff/fake/counterfeit/replicas of items. Recently purchased Sonny Angels, in boxes, that were not advertised as fake. Opened boxes and realized the items were not real and came back to the store to return them. Upon the return- I was informed by the cashier that it should be assumed the items are fake. Avoid this store.

  I was completely disgusted with the mall today. I went with my teenage daughter and her friend but we did not stay together I let them walk around by themselves there old enough. After being in the mall almost 2 hours they went into the Dillard's and when they tried to enter back into the mall they were stopped by a police officer and told they needed to exit the mall they were not allowed in the mall without their parent. She explained I was in the mall but he said for her to call me to get her. What.... I've never heard of such a thing. So if I wasn't there my daughter would have been thrown out to the parking lot having to wait for me to pick her back up. There was no notice they were doing this now. When I complained the police officer told me it's private property and they can do what they want even though there nothing listed in their policies about it and they have no warning. I have dropped off my daughter at the mall plenty of times before thankfully today was not on of those days. Theyre were plenty of kids without parent in the mall btw because they didn't start doing it until 3pm so those that were there before we're fine but not the ones coming in. That's confusing and stupid and I hope they lost a lot of money today without the teenagers there. You should know there the ones that shop and hang out there adults are online shopping and don't have enough time to go there for hours.

  Mall antiguo pero con un aire retro que nos gusta mucho. Muy buenos precios y sobre todo no hay hordas de turistas. Se puede pasear tranquilo y queda en una zona de lo más linda a media hora de Orlando. Muy recomendable para ir si uno quiere comprar tranquilo y a buen precio
