  They use Uber drivers to deliver their products. The Uber driver delivered the product to the sidewalk of my business in the city of Wilmington. If we didn't have kind smokers, going in and out to smoke, we'd never know someone got a birthday delivery from their family. I called to let them know it happened and the response I got was "we tell the Uber drivers to go in, but sometimes that happens" What am I supposed to do as front desk staff? Our office member got a warm fruit platter because nobody brought it in to me and the best they had was "sometimes that happens." No, that's what happens when you don't have dedicated staff.

  The arrangement was not what the picture looked like. It looked a pure mess. Who leaves the vines on the grapes. Pure lazy people. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this facility.

  It was my first time ordering from them getting my mother a edible fruit basket for mother's Day they did a beautiful job and they also put a urgent delivery on it and she got it just like I wanted her to get it while she was there. Thank you so much for making my mother's day even more valuable for me and her I would recommend this place to anyone and also God bless the delivery man that delivered to New Jersey.

  The young lady was surprised sweet even though I came late for my pick up order and had no problems. My mom loved her arrangement almost as much as my daughter
