  Customer Service was cold and not empathetic at all! I received a fruit arrangement, delivered. When I opened the attached card, there were no words just smudges of ink, all illegible. This was a gift of bereavement for me on the passing of my father, I had no idea of the sender or the message. I called the store: explained the situation and the customer service rep had zero empathy or compassion for the situation. There was no apology or condolences offered to me. The customer service is colder than the fruit! Her reply was ‘ok’ and she read the message like she was reading a grocery list. Unacceptable! Get a new printer or ink too.

  My sister ordered from this location. I got one miss call, no voice mail (in the era of scammers). Called the number back no answer. Got a miss call the next day with a voicemail, called back and the lady said the driver tried to give the arrangement to my neighbor. My neighbor who I don’t speak with and if she collects a rat trap for me, I would throw it away. Not sure how they think that is even sensible, to assume you can give someone food to stranger! She then proceeds to tell me that she will have it delivered today, if I can get my sister to take down the review. She basically told me that if I can get my sister to remove the review then they will deliver it, but if not I will have to pick it up. I told her to cancel it. I have ordered from edible arrangements on multiple occasions, and this is by far the worst experience. The neighbor thing definitely was a no for me!

  Placed an order DAYS AGO for today. Called this morning she said before 5pm today it’s now 5:45pm. No Arrival time, no communication, can’t track driver!!! This is horrible STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I’ll never place another order here AGAIN !!! I’m in WA state trying to surprise someone and THIS STORE RUINED IT ALL !!! Plus the website says Open and when you call it says the store is CLOSED!!! Please SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWNNNNNN N ASAP NO ROCKY!! They have one job to do and can’t even do it!!! -0 stars WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS LICATION TO MY ENEMY. When will my sister get her delivery today ??? This is unacceptable 8/25/26 UPDATE 8/26/26 The lady called me SAYING THAT I SHOULD DELETE OR REVIEW MY GOOGLE REVIEW OR THEY WILL CANCEL MY ORDER, she said she would connect me to corporate and hung up the phone and I tried calling back and sent to voicemail. All on voice call. When she realized I was recording she tried to switch up her wording. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!! She said she doesn’t know why corporate would tell me to wait between 6-7pm for my delivery when they attempted twice. They are SCAMMERS. My sisters delivery is still not DELIVERED

  If I could give 0 stars, I would! Horrible experience! I made an order on 8/17/2026 to be delivered next day 8/18/2026 to my friend’s birthday. She NEVER received her order! When I checked the tracker it said it was delivered so I called the store to ask what had happened. The lady that answered didn’t seem to know what she was doing and said she will call be back once her delivery driver came back. 2 hours had pasted and she never called me back which I called back at 4pm and she kept sending me to voicemail or picking up and hanging up! Super unprofessional!! I will be calling corp. to get a refund! This is ridiculous!

  This location is the best...! Good quality products, excellent customer service combined with prompt and professional delivery. What more can I say except for thank you, Rosie!
