  If I could give 0 stars, I would! Horrible experience! I made an order on 8/17/2026 to be delivered next day 8/18/2026 to my friend’s birthday. She NEVER received her order! When I checked the tracker it said it was delivered so I called the store to ask what had happened. The lady that answered didn’t seem to know what she was doing and said she will call be back once her delivery driver came back. 2 hours had pasted and she never called me back which I called back at 4pm and she kept sending me to voicemail or picking up and hanging up! Super unprofessional!! I will be calling corp. to get a refund! This is ridiculous!

  This location is the best...! Good quality products, excellent customer service combined with prompt and professional delivery. What more can I say except for thank you, Rosie!

  If I could rate zero I would. They delivered my order missing items I paid for. I left messages and they never returned my call. I finally got a hold of someone and she KNEW it was shipped short. She said it would be delivered the next day and it never was. Horrible business practice. I will tell anyone that will listen to never do business with them.

  Horrible never will order from this location again constantly called all morning to fix a issue with delivery no one would answer the phone filled out issue card still no response almost 200.00 bucks no common courtesy and the items was delivered still with no word and no driver number anything on top of all that I tipped thinking it would be helpful 🤦‍♂️
