I was very nice on the phone and I understand there’s a 30 day return policy but wasn’t sure if we could just exchange for a size. Definitely need better customer service.
- DPDominick PorriniMar 6, 20263.0I’ve been shopping here for years and it used to be much better. Few things I’m not a fan of. -Not a fan of them no longer having their own website. You could see new inventory and have an idea of what they have in stock. Now, they direct you to look at Ralph Lauren’s main website, but that hardly shows things they have. -Prices are much higher now for items, some items are no longer on sale either. You definitely need one of their coupons now to help ease the pain at the register. I would make special trips to buy things but no longer. Unfortunately the deals aren’t so good anymore.
