Customer service was extraordinary, and I picked up several items more than I would have on my own, thanks to the suggestions from the kind employees. It was fun to shop here. Thanks for the positive experience! For those who rate this place poorly because of their outlet store return policy of final sale, this is ridiculous. Learn the policy, and if it's not for you, shop at the regular store or online. :)

Store refuses to let me exchange for another size. I don’t want money back, just a swap. I don’t believe it’s good customer service to stand on “final sale” in this case, since the sale will still be a sale.
