- WWWanda Wilkes5 days ago5.0The gentleman in the store was wonderful , very professional and caring. My husband is very happy for the items he brought.
- DHDaniel HawkesSep 28, 20261.0Absolutely done with DXL over all. Such a horrible experience at this location, the regional manager calls to follow up. States how sorry they are etc, unprompted offers a $50 gift card. Cool, it never came. I then sent him a text as he requested if I didn’t get it. I didn’t. They send another, lol. All a bunch of lies. I go to use the new one today and it’s somehow “expired of not valid.” I keep going back and forth if I should file a report with the local police after the manager brandished a knife. Probably why they thought a $50 gift card would make me happy. They simply had to follow through but I guess it wasn’t worth it. The thing is, I’m a business owner myself and I find these types of practices to be far too common in today’s world. I will not let this go.

- DHDaniel HawkesSep 7, 20262.0I was previously very happy with my experiences at this location, however after my visit yesterday I won’t be returning. The “manager” on duty openly mocked gay men, brandished a knife and told stories how he beat people up at local bars. In an area known for its gay friendliness, I’m not sure how he landed this location, either way, it really bothered me.
