  I had the unfortunate experience of being defrauded out of a $10 coupon today. My mom and I walked in and each had a $10 coupon card that expires tomorrow on 5/18/26, I purchased sliders and she purchased nightwear. It was 2 different purchases, 2 different credit cards, and 2 different receipts. We were told by the female cashier that we would both get the $10 off our purchases, but upon close inspection of the receipts once we got back home, we realized she had not given us the $10 off. For example, my sliders were original price $59.00 and I only got the advertised 60% off and then 20% off for a final price of $18.88. This is already a good deal but to reiterate the cashier had accepted our $10 coupon and had told us it would be subtracted from our purchase, which was clearly not the case. I am currently in my early 30s and have been coming to rehoboth beach and tanger outlets every summer with my family since I’ve been able to walk. Calvin klein has always been and remains a favorite of mine when visiting the outlets. I would have been willing to label this an oversight had it been a lone purchase but the fact that neither of the 2 receipts had the coupon discount shows that this was a fraudulent and malicious action by the cashier. I will continue to be a customer because I have generally had a 5 star experience but what happened today was unacceptable so I will give a 2 star rating.

  I am so grateful for Patty's assistance at the store this afternoon! She was very helpful and accommodating. Prices were great, and we left than more than we'd meant to get... :)
