Creative Concepts opened its doors in 1973 as a family-owned & operated window fashion and accessory store. Soon expanding into furniture and complimentary design services, they continue today as a full service home furniture, accessories and window fashion store. Still family-owned, three generations operate two stores in Ocean View and Lewes Delaware.

- SPSaroj PrajapatiAug 23, 20261.0I wish I can give no star. We just bought a brand new property in Millville, DE and this store was recommended by our agent for our furniture needs. So we went to look for the furniture on last Friday afternoon. When we entered the store, there were 4 sales people there and only one was attending couple customers and rest were chitchatting with themselves. None of them acknowledged us or even said a word to us (not even smile). We were there for about 10 minutes going to aisles of furnitures thinking someone will come to ask what we are looking for. Since nothing happened we left the store feeling bad. I guess the sales agents thought us brown people cannot afford their furniture so why bother. We were very disappointed by this type of behavior in this day and age. We went to different stores same day and bought what we need for our new house. I hope the store should learn to cater all types of ethnicity.

- JFJohn FeeleyMar 26, 20261.0DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Purchased a sofa last spring that cost over $4000. Within a few months, the seat cushions sagged and puckered and the back cushions sagged like deflated balloons. We contacted the store who assured us they would petition the manufacturer for relief. After waiting 2-1/2 months, the store rep replied saying that the manufacturer would do nothing to fix the sofa. Basically, CCF’s attitude was, “Too bad.” We asked for any kind of store credit or other compensation, but they refused. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
