- JJJazski3 days ago2.0Customer service was whack with the girl that rang us up before dressing rooms closed yesterday, no exaggeration we didn’t realize til we rang up the dress and there was chewed up gum on bottom of dress we went to purchase and she didn’t offer any assistance to get another one in the same size (I said it) I was like man you know what…I pulled off the gum Left it on desk and bought the dress cuz it was a very weird purchase interaction. I’m sorry but come on.

Another lady helped me find my size in a dress and really helped me with all I needed. Cashier even offered one week return on a dress that was non refundable. Seriously made my day and my graduation dress shopping experience a memorable one!

Your team was always there for them. They brought their daughters with them decades later when they shopped. My granddaughters are now in their teens,and you are "their store " for their generation! Sara and the current team at your store in our mall is always there for them. They walk in feeling like princesses,and leave feeling like queens!
