I went yo Windsor last night with 15 year old to buy a dress for homecoming. It was very busy! They have a wide variety of decreases at a reasonable price. It’s a great store for teens. The staff were all friendly, especially Tria. She really kept a chaotic scene of teenagers under control while being helpful and accommodating. Thanks so much!

Needs new management. During busy seasons this place does not run efficiently. There should be limits: people, dresses and fitting room time. Also should have signs or people clearly stating what line is where. It was hard to tell where to stand.

Literally bought a dress last night, got home and my daughter put it on and found that it was ripped in 2 different places. I went to return it tonight and they said I couldn’t return it bc it was damaged! Legit the manager said “you can go to Michael’s and get a needle and thread that matches and you can easier sew it to fix it”. Like I’m not paying for a dress then have to fix it too LOL. What the heckkkkk.

Customer service was whack with the girl that rang us up before dressing rooms closed yesterday, no exaggeration we didn’t realize til we rang up the dress and there was chewed up gum on bottom of dress we went to purchase and she didn’t offer any assistance to get another one in the same size (I said it) I was like man you know what…I pulled off the gum Left it on desk and bought the dress cuz it was a very weird purchase interaction. I’m sorry but come on.
