  I selected the 1916 Company at Christiana Mall, in Newark, DE to purchase two high end watches. This location has a wide range of high end time pieces. My SA Karen was very personable, professional, helpful and friendly. She was extremely patient and answered all my questions, she also followed up 2 weeks later to see how I was enjoying my watch and if I had any questions. Karen made me feel so comfortable and I never felt any pressure. She is very skilled and knowledgeable, I highly recommend 1916 company (Christiana Mall, Newark, DE) for new and pre-owned time pieces ask for SA Karen, you will be happy with your buying experience. I am looking forward to my next purchase.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. My to be husband wanted a specific kind of Rolex and i wanted to give that to him as a wedding gift. Victoria Ingram from The 1916 Company made that happen, so avery special thank you to her for assisting me throughout the process. She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me out. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed, and made the entire experience feel personal and exciting. Receiving his first Rolex for such an important occasion meant so much to my husband, and I’m truly grateful for the outstanding service I received.

  My experience of buying my first Rolex at the 1916 Company has been nothing short of exemplary. When you enter you feel immediately welcome by the beautiful decor and I was well received by the friendly professional staff. I was fortunate to have Fernando Fuentes as my salesperson. Fernando was patient, Knowledgeable and guided me through various options. We ultimately agreed on the submariner date as I was in need of a quality tool watch as an avid scubadiver. When it finally came in, I went back and he walked me through all of the watch features and fit it perfectly to my wrist even removing a link to do so. I was so happy with the purchase that I actually bought a book to find out even more of the watch's history. If your considering obtaining a fine watch or jewelry, don't hesitate to patronize the 1916 company. You'll be glad you did!

  I have been working with Fernando at The 1916 Company and he has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Fernando stayed in touch with me during the entire process. When the time came for me to receive my watch Fernando happened to be out of town but he didn’t let that interfere with me receiving the watch. Fernando connected me with one of his colleagues, and made the process seamless. Another standout detail was the service my son and I received the day we picked up the watch, being taken care of the whole time in the store. Truly a memorable and enjoyable experience working with Fernando and Matt and purchasing from 1916.

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my Cartier watch from The 1916 Company at the Christiana Mall, DE. From the moment I walked into the store, the service was professional, welcoming, and never pushy. Jack Milligan is my client advisor. Jack was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. Jack helped me find the watch that was right for me without any pressure. Jack’s attention to detail made the entire experience enjoyable. Although the watch I wanted wasn’t in stock, Jack ordered it for me and kept me updated throughout the process by text, letting me know when to expect it. I really appreciated his proactive communication and attention to detail. When it was time to pick up my watch, I made another trip to the store. Unfortunately, Jack was out sick, but he had already arranged for another client advisor, Jas Lee, to assist me. The transition was seamless, and Jas was just as professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jas made sure everything was taken care of and made the pickup experience just as enjoyable. What impressed me most was the genuine care and professionalism shown by both Jack and Jas. They worked together to ensure everything went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of from beginning to end. Their outstanding customer service made this a truly enjoyable and memorable purchasing experience.
