  IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I am very upset that Sunglass Hut would want all of your personal information regarding a customer complaint. I filled out a complaint form thinking it would go to upper management and it went back to the store I'm complaining about. The employee Rhea (who said she was a manger) is violent/combative. Now this employee would have access to my personal information. Sunglass Hut you should have a better way for your customers to submit complaints. Especially against hostile/combative employees like Rhea. I encountered a very combative/hostile employee at Sunglass Hut in Macys Christiana Mall. I went to do a return and I asked a Macys employee where to go to do a return for sunglasses. The employee told me that I would need to go to Sunglass Hut and that they were open. When went to the area the lights were out. I asked the employee (Rhea) if they were open. She looked at me with a (duh) facial expression and hunched her shoulders and said the lights are out. She then stated very sarcastically that she hadn't even logged into her cash register yet. As she was saying this I walked away. I went back to where my spouse was at int the Macys department and he asked me if I did the return. I told him about the encounter with the employee and he stated it's after 10 am and we went back to Sunglass Hut to return the glasses. When I approached the employee Rhea behind the register I told her that I was doing a return and that when I first came around here to return the glasses that she was very rude to me. She then exploded and said I was rude. She then became very combative and hostile. My spouse told her she didn't need to work with the public. She became even more irate and we walked off to de-escalate. Rhea then came from behind the cash register still spewing venomous words. We went and spoke with an employee who gave us the name to a Macys manager. Aldo the manager gave me the contact number to Yaz the district manager and I advised her of the situation. Yaz asked me how can she help and what would I like for her to do. I advised Yaz that Rhea is a very volatile/combative employee and that she should not be assisting Sunglass Huts customers. Sunglass Hut, if you care anything about your customers you should not retain such a combative/hostile employee. WARNING WARNING....RHEA AT SUNGLASS HUT CHRISTIANA IS VIOLENT/HOSTILE WITH CUSOMERS!!!!!!!!
