Purchased a pair of sunglasses, with a warranty using my military discount on 6/26/26 at the Christiana mall of Delaware. Unfortunately my glasses fell and the lense cracked, leading me to go back to the store and use the warranty. When I went back to the store, I was told I had to pay $60 for the “new pair” as a copay. Which I don’t remember being told this when I got the warranty, I thought you got a free replacement without a “copay” when sitting down at dinner a little while later inspecting the glasses I realized they were not polarized. When I was in the store on 6/20, I specifically asked for a polarized pair and was told by the manager Morgan that they were. When they replaced them today, they said there were no such thing as polarized in this lense even though the receipt said “blu pol” which would lead me to believe that they were in fact polarized. Doing my own research now, I have found out that blu pol could mean blue polished. So in store I was mis lead by the manager, because I would have not purchased a $200 pair of sunglasses that weren’t polarized. Your employees should be well versed in your products and not falsely identify your own company products for someone that spent their hard earned money to buy something. Highly frustrated with this situation and would like to see how it is handled. Will go through other measures if someone can’t be rectified. Thanks in advance. Update: The manager Morgan called and tried stating that she would’ve never blatantly sold a pair if they weren’t polarized, but again we NEVER would’ve purchased the pair if they WERENT polarized as that’s what we SPECIFICALLY went in there for as I do NOT wear sunglasses that aren’t polarized. The employees themselves even thought “blu pol” on the receipt meant blue polarized and were also not aware that it’s actually blue polished confirming that the store doesn’t know their own products. Their final resolution was to come in and exchange my pair for any polarized pair in the store, but if it’s more than what I paid I’d have to cover it. The company is cheap just like their glasses, don’t waste your time. Again if they knew what they were talking about, why did their employees search for a pair “that never existed?” Case closed!

Had an amazing visit while purchasing hubby's MASSETER sunglasses and Hibiscus Breeze shirt. I truly appreciated the staff—especially Morgan—for her insightful advice. Everyone was receptive, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. Keep up the great work.
