- AAAmy AltApr 21, 20261.0I went to the Christiana location this morning at opening to do a return from a purchase I made online. I walked up to the door at 10am… door was locked… looked inside all the lights were off didn’t see anyone. I waited a couple minutes then called the store. The associate answered, I asked if they were open and she very rudely stated she was on her way to unlock the doors. When she opened the doors she asked if I had a return, I said I did. I walked into the store while she continued to unlock the doors and put the sign out. I was waiting at the counter for her as she took her time to walk back and process my return. She did not ask why I was returning, she did not ask if I wanted to look for anything else, she just asked me to verify my info on the screen and handed me my receipt. I understand returns are frustrating especially first thing in the morning but I could have easily purchased other things but with the attitude I received I figured it would be easier to shop online. I certainly know working in retail is hard but the way my return was handled was not how anyone should be treated. I will continue to shop online at lane Bryant until you get some happier people in your store
