Finally picked a watch me and another customer asked about her about sizing it she told one it's only done for the more expensive watches; funny enough I bought me an expensive citizen watch i was told she is busy come back later or try a different jcpenny. I end up buying the watch but lowkey don't even want it anymore because of the hassle
