- LSLeah ShannonSep 13, 20261.0JCPenny website says returns after 60 days for store credit are permitted at store manager discretion. Asked for a store manager and a shift manager (Karen) came forward saying that their store manager doesn’t allow it. I asked for that in writing and they wouldn’t provide it, with no proof the store manager doesn’t allow it. Very rude and lazy customer service.
- RRRebecca RiveraSep 4, 20261.0I have never heard so many obnoxious adverts on the loud speakers in my life. They would not stop. And their loud speaker mic sound like static so it’s just horrible everytime they start talking. Awful. Not to mention their clearances items are a hit or miss too. Had boots in the 80% off rack, a destroyed box and everything, and they still came up full price. Not a fan of this location.
- CVCindy VellonSep 1, 20265.0I love JC Penny's. Always have . Lots of great deals on everything
- AHAmy HerzbergAug 31, 20265.0The salon has professional hairdressers who do a good job on my hair. There is a great selection of shoes, accessories, and clothes. They are a good company to work for since they have stores all over the US.
- TWTrish WarrinerAug 14, 20264.0Store was clearly going thru some changes. All/most clearance is upstairs and very very unorganized. But I did see employees trying to get it in some sorry of organization. I think it was/is an impossible task! Beauty area was great! I got a new foundation to try and some new makeup brushes on sale Also on sale was a cute key chain that had a chapstick holder and little mirror. Hope it works like it's supposed to ! Overall, good trip. I did dig around the men's clearance and got quite a few things for my hubby and son. Debating if I hide till Christmas or not. Got a large amount so hiding might be hard. Good trip
