  I have been shopping with DXL for my husband for years! Prior to shopping at the Christiana location I patronize the Kirkwood highway location. I love the Christiana location team members always so helpful smiling and willing to help. I used the Tailor for my husband’s suits alterations when the suit came back messed up my store manager made sure to compensate us. My store has two men I believe the one is the manager he’s the slimmer dark skin fella; please cherish him! Good customer service is hard to find and I am very upset I don’t recall his name he is the main reason I return if a item is unavailable he will take the time to search other stores and ship to my home. The lighter heavier gentleman I’m sorry to describe him in that manner also very great customer service! DXL keeps me spending without complaining about the price due to their helpful nature and bright smiles and warm welcomes - The Weddingtons

  I purchased two shirts. One shirt available in White. I requested a 2nd shirt like the first but in blue... it had to be ordered. What arrived was a blue shirt as planned but different design than the first. Sales rep was not paying attention to details and did not inform me that design would be different..

  It's always a pleasure to go in the store and have the manager Kip, assist and make sure you are taking care of in whatever you are looking for (even offering great suggestions) just an awesome place to shop for my husband.

  The store was clean and welcoming. However, the price of some of the items was insane. The selection for swim trunks was very limited. The only pair that I could find to fit were $125. Which is CRAZY. I feel like the industry knows that the big and tall industry has us over their legs to get spanked every time we need to buy clothes.
