I was about to buy $300 worth of shoes like I always do and one of the managers at the store acted like a complete jerk when I asked to price match the price that I had seen at another store and he was completely rude and disrespectful and I felt very bad For the cashier, she was just standing there like sorry and I’m like it’s not your fault. I said I’m taking my Buisness elsewhere because of this manager not because of you. Therefore DSW has lost a customer until that manager is no longer around what a shame that one person can really ruin the business for all those involved because of their un etiquette and uneducated and Unprofessionalism. He could have said I can’t honor that I’m sorry in a polite manner instead he chose to be nasty about it.
