  Really nice shopping mall with plenty of stores, restaurants, and options to spend the day. It’s clean, easy to get around, and has a good variety of shops. A great place to go when you want to do a little shopping and grab something to eat.

  Love their food court selections. Hate that they have preferred parking spots that you have to pay for. Especially since most of them are empty. I did not like watching the elderly trek across the parking lot because they had to park further away.

  This is one of the better malls. Too bad you can’t get to it. Malls nationwide are struggling due to increased online shopping. This mall heard that and decided to make it harder to access its facilities. Either amazon.com owns the parking lot, or whoever owns the mall is blinded by greed because they took all of the most ideal parking spots and made it so you have to pay for them. You made your point Christianna, you’d rather it not be convenient to use your facilities, I will shop online instead. Pictured is the Parking lot of the main entrance. If I was trying to engineer a strategy to make a place fail, I’d probably start with something like this. Great work.

  The cheesecake factory employees were very disrespectful they do not appreciate customers that come in and spend their hard-earned money. I spent over $100 and take out cheesecake at the cheesecake factory there in Christiana Mall. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for my order but people behind me came in after me ordering cakes like I was but they got their orders in and out before I did when I brought it to the young man's attention he had the nerve to get smart and laughing my face. I immediately contacted the manager explain to him what had occurred and he did nothing about it. I'll be damned if I'm spending my money at a place that does not respect the customers.

  Stopped here while passing through the area last week. Mall is clean and well kept. For the middle of a Thursday afternoon the mall seemed to be quite busy and doing well, which was encouraging to see. My only complaint is that some of the vendors out in the middle of the mall are particularly aggressive with pushing their products and services.
