He explained the differences between items with enthusiasm and even educated us on the different jacket linings so my partner could get a jacket to help him stay warm while working outside. The gentleman at the register even helped us save points for our next visit. Happy holidays y'all and thank you!
- RRRobJun 6, 20251.0I ordered a pair of pants online that I wasn't sure about the sizing I went in to try the next size up and ended up exchanging them. The same pair of pants went on sale yet they didn't refund me the difference, the manager was also EXTREMELY rude and complained to another coworker IN FRONT OF my girlfriend and I due to the size I ordered not being a typical size they carry in store and they had to ship them back. That's not my problem, I've never ever had an issue with exchanging an online purchase in store. I've worked retail you put the item on the floor and keep it moving. The manager was acting like it had to come out of his own pockets, I showed him the order from carhartt account he definitely say I paid full price and didn't even offer the difference to be refunded. I didn't appreciate the attitude when I've purchased a lot of stuff from carhartt. It costs nothing to be a nice person.
