  I have been going to this store for years and I always had good things to say about it… until now I bought a bow here and one day the peep sight decided to break I thought no biggy I will go to Cabela’s to get it fixed I made my way there explained what happened to the worker and just wanted only the peep sight fixed what I didn’t expect was after they somewhat fixed it decided to criticize how I handle my own bow and stuff and give me a crash course on how to shoot a bow for 20 min (been hunting for 6 years now ) this was a 25 min here and gone chore at best and turned into a hour long session of how to properly shoot and handle a bow and when the employee said they will change my draw weight because they felt it was to heavy for me I put my foot down because I was already annoyed and told them I never had problems with it so please don’t mess with it and they agree to leave it alone as I made my way home to fix the smaller minor things I noticed that they did lower my draw weight and just decided not to tell me and do it regardless of my wishes it wouldn’t have been a big deal to me if they had told me they did it but the fact they didn’t tell me and did it anyways set me over the boiling point when I told them not to do it and the criticism and way that employee made me feel stupid makes me wanna find other places to go to now honestly it’s probably one of the worse times I’ve ever been here don’t buy a bow from here save yourself the trouble.

  Un lugar de 10 ✨ Hay de todo para todos los gustos, fui por una bicicleta y salí feliz. Todos fueron muy amables, camine por la tienda buscando las bicicletas y una señora muy amable, avisó al encargado para ayudarme, me asesoró y ayudó con la compra, al momento de pagar todo fue fácil, gracias al asesor y la cajera por la atención y las sonrisas, se sintió esa buena energía.

  Recently, my husband and I were in the Christian Mall Cabela’s looking for a small boat and assorted accessories. Our experience couldn’t have been more pleasant. A matter of fact, after spending quite a bit of time there, we feel like we made friends of the 4 gentlemen that helped us. There knowledge, soft sale approach, and diligence made the experience enjoyable. Thanks so very much and we will be back again and again!!!

  I forgot to ask the names of the people that helped me out, but they deserve a raise. 10/10 customer service. My wild jumping spider Houdini that lives amongst my house plants decided to hitchhike from Philly with me. They went above and beyond for my out of pocket request to try and keep him safe with me (he made it home.) Thanks again! No, I’m not bullshitting

  Severely disappointed by the recent experience I have had. Customer service has really gone downhill - sad to say as a loyal long term Cabela’s customer. Recent online order - they forgot a large part of it when I picked it up. Some of the items in the order were damaged and they offered no compensation or replacement. Overall one of the most inconvenient shopping experiences I have ever had. Would not recommend buying anything online or via click and collect !
