  I wanted to thank you for making me feel so unwelcome in your store. Your employees are clearly racist and profile people. The cashier looked at me roll her eyes and turned her back when I entered the store. No greeting whatsoever. I came in prepared to spend around $200, but instead I was followed throughout the store by an employee who pretended to be looking at merchandise they clearly see every day. The experience made me feel singled out and profiled. Because of the way I was treated, I chose to leave without making my purchase. I hope you take the time to address this with your staff so that other customers do not have a similar experience.

  Today was the very first time someone in this store gave be the absolute best customer service, don’t get me wrong I have never had a bad experience here but today when I walked in I was greeted by Ava she asked was I looking for something specific walked me over to what I was looking for, gave me suggestions, helped me find my size and she was so sweet and nice the whole time. Thank you Ava for making my experience today so great, by simply being to helpful 😊 you rock! Keep up the excellent customer service

  I went into the Christiana Mall location, looking for some jeans and wasn't sure where to start. Ary came and helped me and even sat outside of the fitting room while I tried everything on and gave me her opinions of what looked good and what worked. She was absolutely amazing and made my shopping trip so much easier! Thank you so much!

  Huge shoutout to Hannah for her exceptional help this evening. Her knowledge of men’s denim was impressive, she answered every question with ease. I left with three new pairs of jeans and a great experience!
