  I recently had a wonderful experience working with Robin at Creative Concepts. From the beginning, she took the time to understand my style, needs, and the feel I wanted to create in my home. Her eye for design and color is exceptional--she was able to combine pieces I would have never thought to pair together, resulting in a space that feels both beautiful and comfortable. What stood out most was her patience and attention to detail. She's an excellent listener. Robin never rushed the process and ensured that every choice from fabric to finishes felt right for me. The end result exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Robin if you're looking for someone who is talented, thoughtful, and easy to work with.

  DONT BELIEVE THE DELIVERY INFORMATION WHEN PURCHASING. I ordered a cocktail table with end tables and an accent chair. Was told the accent chair would take about 3 months, but I could have the cocktail table and end tables within the week. The day before the furniture was to arrive I received a call from the delivery people saying I would only get the cocktail table and I would be hearing from my salesman. When my salesman called, he informed me the end tables were not going to be delivered, but I would definitely get them before my accent chair. I was aghast as my accent chair was not due for 3 months and I said so. I then asked, "What does before 3 months mean?" His response was, "Oh probably 4 to 6 weeks, but maybe one week " So now I have a living room absent the end tables with the lamps on the floor. Not very pretty for entertaining. I was disappointed at how cavalier he was about the whole matter and also wonder if he didn't know from the start that I wouldn't be able to have those pieces as quickly as promised.

  We moved to Lewes from Alaska. We had no coastal decor, nor any coastal design knowledge. I feared I would select too matchy matchy or colors that weren’t complementary or too “random”. The day we closed on our home we stopped in looking for Robin Wall, per our builder rep. Robin was extremely pleasant, understanding of our goals, respected our challenges of 4 dogs and offered to put some packages together for us. Within a week she called to show us a kitchen set, living room and bar stools for our open floor plan. The fabrics, styles and colors needed to complement each other and she nailed it!! Robin selected a very mature coastal look that reflected a classy, relaxing style. During the lengthy process of waiting for custom orders she was patient with us, answered all of our questions, and assured us she was pulling it all together! Sure enough! While there are furniture stores with easy quick and maybe even more affordable access and delivery this was worth the wait!! Nothing beats the quality of these pieces that will last a lifetime! And Robin is the one to make your coastal dream house a reality!! The delivery team puts the final touches on your experience with amazing service! 5 star review from the time you walk in the door to the time you’re entertaining and sipping cocktails in your lovely home - a great experience!

  Above and Beyond Being an interior designer from Houston, Tx...I rely on local furniture and interior design stores to add the finishing touches to all of my out-of-town projects! Creative Concepts...specifically John Goslee, one of the Design Consultants...went above and beyond to help me complete my most recent home in Georgetown, Delaware.
