  Really disappointing experience. I brought in three full bags of clothing, all name-brand items, expecting that someone would actually take the time to go through them. Eleven minutes later, I was notified that they weren’t interested in a single item. I completely understand that Plato’s Closet is selective and that not everything I bring in will be something they want. But three bags of name-brand clothing being completely reviewed and rejected in only 11 minutes made me seriously question how thoroughly the items were actually looked at. I spent the time sorting, packing, and bringing everything in, and the whole experience felt rushed and dismissive. I wouldn’t bother going through the trouble of bringing items here again.

  Horrible I wanted to sell stuff because marketplace and poshmark take to long I did sell a few but really 7.00 for a pair of lululemon leggings and 3.00 for a purse that was over 100.00 with tags. Get people to price better and not these rude young girls

  The new workers there aren’t very nice at all I was talked down to an told I came in to late they closed at 8 and I was there at 7:10 smh lazy and rude

  The workers are rude. Wanted to buy a pair of jeans for 5.00 turned around and sold them for 40. It's a scam!! You're better off donating to the homeless. Shepherds Place (women's shelter) accepts clothing that is in season fyi
