  Was in the store at the Dover Mall got my hair cut done by Bonnie ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and was planning to do shopping accordingly, asked an associate in the cosmetics area where the restroom was as I am diabetic I need to use restroom frequently. The first old lady told me where it was and as I headed toward the restroom but had difficulties to find, so requested the *black lady not being racist she didn’t disclose her name* mentioned to report it to JCPENNY CORPORATE IF I WANT she was mean and rude saying only if u make purchase, or else go out. I know I am not going to make $$ purchase but I am damn sure bcz of her u r going to lose good amount of customers. She is not right fit for this kind of jobs. I went over there to get my hair done, buy something after using restroom and was refused the restroom cause I was going to make purchase after using restroom. Worst person I have ever seen. Date: 04/29/2026 time 5:00 PM she is at the counter close salon. Needless to say I left the store and did not make any purchase (which I came to do for main reason) due to her rudeness and made this 1 star review. A little kindness can go a long way. Worst person hired to work at customer service.

  I have been coming here since I was a little child and now at the ripe age of 24 , after going into shop today I feel I may have be racially profiled. After being assisted with a product I was told “this is not a dollar though” , like what was that supposed to even mean ? Why would I ever come to a store , let alone a shopping mall with only a dollar . I’m honestly still offended and completely appalled.

  As of right now I am not a happy camper... We purchased a washer and dryer at this location on 12/23, to be delivered today, 12/29 as the earliest option. We received our delivery time frame last night, as promised. 2:30pm to 6:30pm. 6:30 rolls around and no one showed up or called. After calling the automated customer service number we found out that our delivery was pushed out to 6pm to 10pm!!!!! First of all, who in the world wants to get a delivery that late at night and second, even more important, WHY DID NO ONE NOTIFY US?! Obviously upset I call this JP to find out what’s happening and to speak with a MGR. No MGR around until next week (!!!), delivery services closed at 6pm and the lady I spoke with told me that if I was to cancel I would have to pay a 25% re-stocking fee plus $80 !!! I call the JP customer service number, only to be hung up on by “John” after putting me on hold. I call again, not anymore delighted as before as you can imagine, just to reiterate, now to “John” what my issue was. He informs me that there is no fee for canceling and that I was misinformed (!). After being transferred to a MGR I repeat myself for the 4th time, luckily Marsha, although very nice and she did not hang up on me, also did not have anymore information for me. She did say she hopes that they don’t cut off the delivery since the delivery team can only be on the road for a certain amount of hours.... So after wasting an hour on the phone, getting nowhere, I’m still waiting for a call or a delivery team to show up. It is now almost 9pm. As I work in retail I know things can happen, sure, but how you handle them is what it comes down to. I don’t feel appreciated whatsoever by this company right now, and considering that we could have purchased these products at at least 7 other places, you would think they’d try to keep customers happy, but what do I know.
