  If I could give NO STARS, I would. I placed a Mother’s Day order well in advance, yet the order never arrived, and as of today, it still has not been delivered. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication. No delay notification, no update, no follow-up , nothing. I attempted to call multiple times throughout the day with no response. On Mother’s Day, after calling three separate times, the store manager informed me that their “last driver was being sent out around 6:00 PM” and that my order should arrive “by 8:00 PM at the latest” because they had “300+ orders.” Respectfully, the number of orders is not the customer’s responsibility. If the business could not handle the demand, orders should have been limited or paused instead of continuing to accept customers’ money with no ability to fulfill deliveries. I paid specifically for Mother’s Day delivery, and for an entire additional day to pass without any communication or delivery is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and accountability is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend patronizing this business. Seems to have some sketchy business practices.

  I placed my order on 4/29/26 for Mothers Day delivery on 5/10/26. I called the store (Dover, DE) at 1PM to see why the order wasn't even assembled. I was told there was no ETA and that they had over 300 orders to process. Apparently, they can not manage their business or fulfill orders as promised. I called back at 7PM, but I got a VM. They offered NO compensation other than delivering the item today?!? Umm... No thank you. Mother's day was yesterday. I will never make this mistake again. Buyer beware!!!

  I have ordered a lot of times from this place in Dover DE and the products have always been decent, (subpar fruit, good flowers, great chocolate) This Valentine's day my order did not show up at all. I called and called only to be transferred to voicemail because of a high call volume. The next day on the 15th I was contacted by Jessica who is apparently the store manager and she briefly asked if I wanted a refund or a new delivery date. She did not offer an apology or anything else to rectify the fact that Edible Arrangements ruined the Valentine's day gift for my wife. This is outrageous work by a company I buy from multiple times a year and I have no idea how the manager is so impassive and unimpressed by missing a deadline, to the point she just says "do you want a refund or a new date"? It's mind blowing to think this business is still rocking and rolling despite the quality and professionalism from the manager Jessica. I couldn't see myself spending another dollar here.

  5/10 update... I am taking away another star... Yesterday One of my sons ordered chocolate covered strawberries for me for Mother's Day to be delivered today. They never showed up. Never called him either! If they couldn't deliver it they could have called me and I would have picked them up!! This seems to be a recurring theme with this location. Is it just the workers here, is it the management or the ownership, or is it Edible Arrangements?? Contrast that to the EA store in Centennial Colorado where I called and ordered an arrangement for my sister the day before Christmas and they were able to get it to her! That was impressive!! So I think it's the management. And I know the help here in Dover can't tell fresh fruit from frozen fruit! 5/10/26. Being Mother's Day, this store wasn't prepared for drop ins, "the case is empty" i was told and they weren't accepting any orders. They are very very busy and always short staffed... I guess we need another location in Dover! 2/7/26The woman who took my order was kind and i did receive my freebies from previous order perk. But today when picked up my order everything was frozen. They didn't realize it apparently and had to remake the arrangement at the time. It put us behind schedule for a birthday luncheon by over half hour. Supposedly it's all new help, the owner just purchased the place. I hope it goes better soon. They're cancelling orders 😔. I feel bad for those people.
