She’s amazing!

Carolina helped me find the perfect wedding band, and after visiting several other stores, I can confidently say she was the most helpful and patient associate I worked with. Her professionalism and exceptional customer service truly set her apart. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and never once made me feel rushed. If you're shopping here, do yourself a favor and ask for Carolina. You won't be disappointed!

The customer service here is awful, and I will be going back to Chevy Chase where I purchased my ring to begin with. City Center wanted me to pay for the repair on this ring even though they have had to repair it 7 times since purchase. Ridiculous!
