- JJJscriptJul 7, 20231.0Horrible service there and not very friendly, both African American ladies had an attitude when I tried to get serviced and their excuse when I was trying to get serviced by them was that they only do people stuff that they’ve already worked on and they turned me away. Which doesn’t make any sense at all, never heard of a tailor only servicing specific people that they have only worked on.

I brought in my favourite long puffer coat after getting a terrible tear in it- this was bad stuff, goose feathers flying out everywhere. Raiza was super lovely and talked me down from my panic. I had a flight later in the evening and I had already been to another tailor and they said they would have to send my coat away to fix it. However, she took me to see Ramon (the tailor) and he said he could definitely do it in 10-15 minutes. When I came back I couldn’t even see where it was torn. This was really magical work. Thank you guys so much! You really helped me out in a tight spot! Before and after photos attached!

The master tailor is actually there and available to assist and advise! Not to mention the selection of off the rack items is gorgeous. I can’t get this quality, with this level of style and customization anywhere else. It’s my go to shop now. Absolutely would recommend to ANYONE.
