  Worst glasses ever and easily one of my worst shopping experiences. I cannot believe a $600 pair of sunglasses can be this poorly balanced. One side sits extremely close to my face, while the other side sits noticeably farther away. The frames are visibly uneven and uncomfortable to wear. The staff could not properly adjust the glasses or get them to sit correctly. At this price point, I expected much better quality control and customer service. Completely unacceptable for a $600 pair of sunglasses

  This place is racist… I’ll come to buy glasses and they threaten to call the cops on me said they’re gonna call the police and on me? Y’all need to treat your black customers better this is ridiculous…

  Dropped in to have a favorite set of shades from my days as a professional sailor repaired. One of the ‘temples’ had snapped. Received great cusservice from “Samaya” and also from “Jonah” who is the store manager. Well Done.

  I ordered a replacement lens. I was told it would arrive in ~5 days. We are a month after the fact, the lens never arrived, and tube had to call the store 5x to even try and get any updated on it. Sometimes I’ve been placed on a long hold that was never answered, and others just tell me they’ll call be 2 days later with the update and how the lens is expected very soon and then never do. The best they can do for me is to return the money, which can only be done in person, and then I have to call corporate to order the lens part directly. No discounts for their issues, all onus on myself to deal with, zero responsibility. What an absolute text book case of how to do business wrong.
