  I was blown away by the level of customer service given to my husband and me at the Georgetown Men’s store this Sunday. The staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, and helpful and made picking out a new wardrobe a breeze. Lauren, Miles, and their other coworker went above and beyond to ensure we left with everything we needed. Management- give these people a raise! Will be back. Thank you again!

  I rarely write reviews, but my experience at the Rag & Bone store was so shockingly bad that I felt compelled to share. I was treated incredibly rudely by an employee named Sela her tone and behavior were completely out of line for someone in a customer-facing role—especially at a store that markets itself as high-end. I left feeling disrespected, frustrated, and honestly shocked at how poorly I was treated.

  This is a go to place if you are in need of amazing elevated wardrobe staples! They always have great inventory and amazingly helpful staff! Ric has especially stepped up my fashion game! Aside from being the most welcoming and accommodating stylist-he is so talented at finding pieces that work for every body type. I always walk out with amazing clothes for any occasion that I can wear on repeat. Thank god they are in Georgetown!
