  I was blown away by the level of customer service given to my husband and me at the Georgetown Men’s store this Sunday. The staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, and helpful and made picking out a new wardrobe a breeze. Lauren, Miles, and their other coworker went above and beyond to ensure we left with everything we needed. Management- give these people a raise! Will be back. Thank you again!

  I don’t usually write reviews but I came in with my husband a couple of days ago and wasn’t greeted when we came in .There was a nice young man that greeted us but he got pulled to the back Dre if I’m not mistaken was his name. No one else asked us if we needed help or anything , the so called manager was in there think her name was Sela and I guess her assistant I don’t know what she was doing but she was definitely all over the place Grace was her name no assistance at all. Overall terrible customer service felt really discriminated against will not be returning to this location they must be racist at this point did not feel welcomed at all. Don’t go here just ended up ordering online.

  Classic clothes, almost no visible branding, top quality and unbelievable service. As close to tasteful perfection as can be. And they remember your name, your size, your preferences, down to your favorite colors and the % of spandex you want in your jeans. At least Natoya Phelps does. Outside of Saville Row, I haven’t seen service like this anywhere. It is a bit on the expensive side, but this is top notch. One of the few places where they understand that you can buy this stuff online and that the experience counts. Congrats. #NatoyaPhelps #Rag&Bone
