- SJSabrina JamisonAug 10, 20262.0I was just visiting the city so maybe they were in an old building that needed work. Soon as you opened the door it was a stench. Hopefully it was a temporary location because it looked more like a Ross Dress for Less than a Nordstroms Rack.

- DBDina BashiJul 19, 20261.0I am a regular customer at your store, and I have always enjoyed shopping there. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, I had a very disappointing experience. One of your employees was extremely rude and unprofessional. While speaking to me, he kept pointing at me with his hand in a way that felt disrespectful and inappropriate. His attitude and manner of communication did not reflect the level of customer service I expected. I also spoke with the store manager to express my concerns, but I was disappointed with her response as well. She did not handle the situation professionally, and I did not feel that my complaint was taken seriously or that I was treated with the respect every customer deserves. As a loyal customer, I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address this issue to ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience.
