I had the same issue today as the previous reviewer with the manager not honoring the clear the rack promotion and being dismissive.

This is an Excellent location to pickup Online Orders. Parking is rough. However pickup up your items in the evening. I ordered perfume and had it sent here. Didn't have the unnecessary damages from postal deliveries. Thank You! From The World's #1 Boxing Fan Cat Taylor 🥊 🥊 🥊 🥊

As a local neighbor, I was initially excited to shop here, especially drawn by the "Clear the Rack" promotion offering an extra 25% off red-tag clearance items. However, today’s shopping experience was extremely disappointing. I picked out a pair of shoes with a red-tag price of $34. According to the promotion, the price after the extra 25% discount should have been $26.22. When I kindly asked the staff to honor the correct promotional price, a female employee who claimed to be the "manager" was extremely rude. She refused to resolve the issue and bluntly stated that she "is the manager and is not responsible for her own mistakes." Not a single apology was offered, and I left feeling disrespected and misled. This experience seriously damages my trust in this store's management and integrity. I strongly urge management to provide better customer service training for their staff—especially those in leadership roles—to eliminate misleading practices and treat customers with basic respect and fairness.
