  The staff at this store is amazing. They're very helpful, non-judgemental and kind. The quality of the goods of Longchamp have declined, but that's not their fault. I bought two bags here, one of them ripped within a few months but the other is still going strong. The larger travel bags are probably your best bet, the smaller bely bags seem more fragile. The clothing is gorgeous but very expensive and niche. Overall, I had a great experience at this location abd highly recommend it.

  I had an amazing experience at this Longchamp. Heurglon was very helpful and a great sales associate when it came to helping me decide a color for my first tote. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

  I rarely write 1 star review but this location is worthy. I was browsing in front of the storefront, trying to see if they carry the style I was looking for, while my sons were sitting on the bench on the street. Within 10 seconds one saleslady opened the door and told my sons not to sit there because she thinks they might break it and this bench is their bench for break time - it is a bench on a public road, is it really a property of Longchamp? To be told that we cannot sit on a public bench is beyond absurdity. Well she saved me time from going inside the store.

  I love Longchamp but every time I come into the store, the sales associate is very pushy and forces products onto me and demands I buy. I’ve had extremely positive shopping experiences at the Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Hermes at CityCenter - so it’s a shame that this happens everytime I go into this longchamp location. I really don’t get it. I don’t feel comfortable coming into the store anymore because the sales associate makes me uncomfortable when I’d really just like to see the bags in person before making a decision.

  Heurglon was so amazing in helping us pick the perfect bags. The manager was also so amazing. I have never had this good of an experience while buying a bag. We are so appreciative of the care and how nice everyone was. Thank you!
